R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grande po\u00eale, m\u00e9langer le reste de l\u2019eau et le sucre. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dor\u00e9. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de sauce soya, m\u00e9langer et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire revenir \u00e0 feu vif les poivrons dans 15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile pendant 3 minutes. Transf\u00e9rer dans une assiette et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine et le sel dans une assiette. Enrober les morceaux de poulet de farine. Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire colorer la moiti\u00e9 du poulet dans 15 ml d\u2019huile. Ajouter le poulet \u00e0 la sauce. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec le reste du poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire le poulet dans la sauce \u00e0 feu doux pendant 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu'il soit cuit. Set aside.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mix together remaining water and the sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until sugar is golden brown. Add the soy sauce mixture, stir, and bring to a boil. Set aside.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In a large skillet over high heat, saut\u00e9 peppers in 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of oil for 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mix together flour and salt on a plate. Dip chicken cubes in flour. In the same skillet, brown half the chicken cubes in 15 mL (1 tbsp.) oil. Add chicken to sauce. Repeat with remaining chicken.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cook chicken in sauce over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
