Ajouter de l'eau au besoin et cuire jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>4- Faites chauffer l'huile dans une po\u00eale et faites revenir l'oignon et le poivron pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes pour les ramollir.<\/p>\n<p>5- Ajouter les filets de poisson et cuire environ 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, selon l'\u00e9paisseur, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le poisson soit opaque et se d\u00e9fasse facilement \u00e0 la fourchette. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>6- \u00c9cailler le poisson \u00e0 la fourchette dans un bol.
