Remplissez une casserole avec 1 pouce d'eau et ins\u00e9rez un panier vapeur. (Si vous n'avez pas de panier vapeur, ce n'est pas grave.)<\/p>\n<p>Portez l'eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, placez d\u00e9licatement les \u0153ufs dans le panier vapeur ou directement dans la casserole. Couvrir la marmite. R\u00e9glez votre minuterie sur 15 minutes. Retirer les \u0153ufs et mettre dans un bain d'eau glac\u00e9e pour refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Pr\u00e9parer les \u0153ufs et les l\u00e9gumes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9calez et hachez grossi\u00e8rement les \u0153ufs et mettez-les dans un grand bol. Ajouter l'oignon vert, le c\u00e9leri et le poivron rouge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette et m\u00e9langez avec le m\u00e9lange d'\u0153ufs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la mayonnaise, la moutarde, le vinaigre et le Tabasco. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement la vinaigrette mayo dans le bol avec les \u0153ufs et les l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter le paprika et le sel et le poivre noir. Ajuster les assaisonnements au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Meilleur servi frais. Fill a saucepan with 1 inch of water and insert a steamer basket. (If you don't have a steamer basket, that's ok.)\r\n\r\nBring the water to a boil, gently place the eggs in the steamer basket or directly in the saucepan. Cover the pot. Set your timer for 15 minutes. Remove eggs and set in an ice water bath to cool.\r\n\r\n<strong>2- Prep the eggs and veggies<\/strong>\r\n\r\nPeel and chop the eggs coarsely and put them into a large bowl. Add the green onion, celery, and red bell pepper.\r\n\r\n<strong>3- Make the dressing and combine with egg mixture<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIn a small bowl, mix together the mayo, mustard, vinegar, and Tabasco. Gently stir the mayo dressing into the bowl with the eggs and vegetables. Add the paprika and salt and black pepper. Adjust the seasonings to taste.\r\n\r\nBest served chilled.
