Couvrir d'une pellicule plastique et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 1 heure, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence toute la nuit.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me sure, la mayonnaise, le ketchup, le poivre de Cayenne, le sel et le poivre noir dans un petit bol pour faire une sauce sp\u00e9ciale.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F (175 degr\u00e9s C). Disposer les tortillas sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 griller \u00e0 feu moyen-vif; enduire d\u2019enduit \u00e0 cuisson. Cuire le saumon jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il se d\u00e9fasse facilement \u00e0 la fourchette, environ 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
