Juste assez pour recouvrir vos autres ingr\u00e9dients et r\u00e9server le restant pour plus tard.<\/li>\n<li>Bien m\u00e9langer.Faire cuire \u00e0 LOW pendant 8 heures.Brasser occasionnellement.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque les pois sont tendres, sortez le jarret de porc, retirez l\u2019os et \u00e9miettez la viande de porc. Remettre la viande dans la mijoteuse.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le restant du bouillon pour atteindre la bonne consistance.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer la feuille de laurier. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Cook on LOW for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>When the peas are tender, remove the smoked pork hock, discard the bone, and shred the pork meat. Return the meat to the slow cooker.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Add the remaining chicken broth to reach the desired consistency.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Remove the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
