Ajouter le beurre et, \u00e0 l'aide d'un coupe-p\u00e2te ou de deux couteaux, travailler la pr\u00e9paration jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle ait la texture d'une chapelure grossi\u00e8re. Ajouter le lait et m\u00e9langer jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, m\u00e9langer l'eau et le sirop d'\u00e9rable et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Laisser tomber la p\u00e2te, environ 1 c. \u00e0 tab (15 ml) \u00e0 la fois, dans le sirop bouillant. Drop the dough, about 1 tablespoon (15 ml) at a time, into the boiling syrup.
