Saut\u00e9 onion and garlic on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2- Add ginger and curry and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>3- Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and bring to boil.
