Western Omelette

- Vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 125 ml of milk
- 125 ml of sliced ham
- 125 ml of strong cheddar cheese (grated)
- Onions
- Green pepper
- Tomatoes
Instructions
- In a well-oiled pan, brown the onions, peppers and tomatoes
- Add the ham and cook for about 2 minutes
- Leave aside
- In a bowl, beat the milk and eggs until foam forms on the surface.
- Over medium heat, heat the margarine and add the omelette mix
- Cook until it forms an omelette
- Add the western preparation and the grated cheese to the center of the omelette.
- Fold the omelette on itself and serve
