Spices can replace fresh herbs in most recipes. Be sure to use half as much though, because their flavours are more pronounced.
Mediterranean spice blend

- 15 ml of Dried Savory leaves
- 15 ml of Dried Marjoram leaves
- 15 ml of Dried Sage leaves
- 15 ml of Dried Thyme leaves
- 15 ml of Onion powder
