Four-fruit crisp

- 80 ml Maple syrup
- 45 g Softened Butter
- 750 ml Granola cereal
- 5 Apricots stoned and sliced
- 2 Nectarines stoned and sliced
- 3 Plums stoned and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Place fruit in a square, 2 litre ovenproof dish (8 in. x 8 in. x 2.25 in.).
- Combine cereal and butter in a bowl. Add maple syrup and mix. Spread over fruit.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve hot or cold with a scoop of ice cream.
