Chocolate Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

- 5 cups Corn flakes
- 300 g Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 g Paraffin wax
- 1/2 cup Icing sugar
- 1 cup Peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the paraffin and chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add the cornflakes to the mixture, while simultaneously incorporating the icing sugar. Stir continuously until the mixture is well blended and homogeneous.
- Using a spoon, portion out the mixture onto a baking sheet and refrigerate until cooled. Once cooled, the cookies are ready to be served.
