Moroccan spice blend

- 30 ml Ground cilantro
- 15 ml Ground paprika
- 15 ml Ground cumin
- 10 ml Ground turmeric
- 5 ml Ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together.
Great when added to the water for cooking coucous that will be served with a tajine, or to a warm couscous salad or to an oil and lemon juice marinade for grilled vegetables or braised meat
