- 30 ml Tricolour pepercorns
- 30 ml Fennel seeds
- 30 ml Coriander seeds
- 15 ml Mustard seeds
- 15 ml Cumin seeds
- 30 ml Onion powder
- 30 ml Garlic powder
- 15 ml Dried thyme leaves
- 15 ml Ground paprika
- 15 ml Crushed chilli pepper
- 15 ml Coarse salt
Instructions
- In an unoiled skillet, brown the peppercorns, fennel, coriander, mustard, and cumin seeds.
- When you start to smell the seeds and hear them crackle, remove from heat and place in a mortar.
- Add remaining ingredients and crush.
